Linear drives

A fire generates heat, smoke, and toxic combustion gases that reduce visibility. Additionally, they increase the risk of explosive fire development.

To ensure people can be rescued, firefighting efforts succeed, and property is not destroyed, combustion gases and smoke must be ventilated through windows in the early stages of the fire.

The linear drive improves building safety in the event of a fire. It is used to remotely control the opening of smoke ventilation windows and air vents in the building.

The Single rack actuators provide a reliable and efficient solution for automating windows and other openable structures. Available in various stroke lengths (180–1,000 mm) and voltages (230 VAC or 24 VDC).
An electronic safety limit switch and the possibility of parallel connection enhance usability.

Single Rack

The Double Rack system provides two push points, ensuring even force distribution for wide windows and structures. Force 1300 N / 1500 N. The system can be expanded using a Rack Group double pivot solution to achieve more push points.

Double Rack
The triple rack system adds a third push point to the system, providing enhanced stability and force distribution for very wide windows or structures. As with the dual version, the system consists of one rack actuator, two rack groups, and connecting rods.
