Roca is almost synonymous with hinges

We manufacture in most materials, we do punching with practically no limitations in materials and design. Our range is not easily matched. Our smallest hinge weighs a few ounces, our biggest a couple of pounds. We carry out all kinds of surface treatments, from galvanizing to gold plating. We work in series minimum to 500 pieces, making small and simple hinges for electric fuse cabinets as well as big, cast-iron hinges for heavy ships hatches, for the furniture industry, the building industry and also for coachmakers, for computer printers, clothes lockers and car-roof boxes.

LIFT OFF HINGES
We deliver lift off hinges, pivot bearing and non pivot bearing, with various types of bearings between frame joint and door joint.

RIGHT-LEFT DOORS
Doors, windows and hatches are viewed from the hinge side when deciding what is right or left handed. If the hinge is mounted to the right, it is a right hinge and vice versa. Roca defines right with an end figure 5 and left with end figure 6 in the item number.
For example: 900865 - right-handed, 900866 - left-handed.

COACHWORK HINGES
We make more and more kinds of coachwork hinges in stainless steel from 2 mm gauge up to 4 mm. No design limitations.

Keep the hinge with the curl upwards.
If the visual out cut shows to the left. It is a left side hinge.
If the visual out cut shows to the right. It is a right side hinge.

Put the frame joint in one of your hands, with the countersunk visible.
If the curl and the shaft lays parallel with you right hand thumb, it is a right hand hinge, and vice versa.
